ABOUT COACHES DEVELPMENT PROGRAM

The Coaches Development Program (CDP) is designed for coaches who are early in their careers or aspiring to have a career in coaching after graduation. Ideal candidates are college players, college student managers, graduate assistant coaches, or high school coaches that are early in their career who have the desire to learn and grow in the profession and craft a strong foundation of fundamentals of coaching both on and off the court. The participants in the CDP serve as assistant coaches for our camp head coaches and participate in all facets of coaching their camp team. In addition, they have the opportunity to attend classroom sessions throughout their camp experience.

The cost of the Coaches Development Program is $650 and includes 3 nights housing in university dorms, meals each of the 4 days of camp and camp gear.

COACHES LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

ABOUT COACHES LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

The Coaches Leadership Program (CLP) is designed for current Division 1 college assistant coaches that aspire to be collegiate head coaches. This program is SPECIFICALLY designed for the more experienced assistant coach to refine his or her thinking and approach to coaching so that they are prepared to explore, interview, and execute their first head coaching job.

Alongside the CDP, our CLP participants will engage in classroom teaching sessions and then supplement those experiences with personalized sessions to help them develop a philosophy both on and off the court, learn how to interview, and establish the confidence and skills needed to land their first head coaching job.

In order to be considered for an invitation, you must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Division 1 assistant AND submit a letter of recommendation from your current head coach along with a resume.
